An original "veg-veg" menu, with courses created with vegetables and edible flowers collected directly from the organic vegetable garden on the sixth floor of the Hotel Milano Scala.
Courses such as "Borage frittata with peas and fresh buffalo stracciata cheese" or "Fagottini pasta stuffed with soya ricotta baked with purple spinach and raw tomatoes" will offer a light and tasty lunch in the greenest Milan lounge.
